This Scholarship Scheme involves association of each student of Shri Manik Prabhu Veda Pathashala with a DONOR (or a group of donors) who will act as his PATRON and will donate Rs. 5000/- to the Pathashala per annum for a maximum period of 8 years or up to the completion of study of that student which ever is earlier. The scholarship amount can be paid in lump sum or vide post­dated Cheques. After receiving a confirmation from the donor of his desire to sponsor a scholarship, the Pathashala shall approach the donor with a detailed list of the students with all particulars so that the donor can choose a particular student whom he wishes to grant the scholarship.

As a gesture of their gratitude towards the donors, the students will perform Anushthanams like Rudrabhishekam, Shri Durga Saptashati, Navagraha Japa or any other Anushthanam of the donors' choice either at Maniknagar or at their place of residence, for their well being and prosperity, once in a year, FREE OF COST on mutually convenient dates. However the donor will have to arrange for the travel, food and accommodation of the students if he desires to have the Anushthanam performed at his place of residence. The Pathashala will regularly appraise the donor about the progress being made by the student who receives the scholarship from him. Please note that donations/ scholarships to the Trust are exempt from Income Tax under section 80 G of the Income Tax Act.
